If something has gone wrong
We are sorry. Email us with your order number and a short description, and a photo if the item is damaged or faulty. We will acknowledge your message within two working days and aim to put things right within 14 days. If we can't resolve your complaint together, you can get free, independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.
