We deliver within the UK by Royal Mail. Every order is tracked and leaves us within two working days.

You choose your delivery option at checkout, and the total you pay is shown before you confirm. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.
Dispatch
We pack every order by hand and send it within two working days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are sent from Monday. Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, we email you a tracking link.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. At the moment we can't send orders to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
Delivery times are estimates
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer at busy times such as December. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it with Royal Mail. If it is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
When your order is yours
The items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them.
Damaged on arrival?
Please email us a photo within a few days so we can sort it out quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected; see returns & refunds.
