Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from louiandi.co.uk. Please read them before you order.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. About us

This website is run by Loui & I Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15404400, with its registered office at 11 Townroe Drive, Mansfield, NG19 6JG, United Kingdom. Email: info@louiandi.co.uk. We are not registered for VAT.

2. Who can buy

These terms are for consumers buying for personal use, with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Our product

We sell reusable silicone under-eye patches, supplied as one pair with a mirror box and a velvet pouch. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours on screens vary slightly. The patches are a cosmetic accessory used with your own skincare. They are not a medical device and do not treat any condition.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
  • The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout page, which include major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract

After you pay, Stripe shows a confirmation and we email you an order confirmation. That email is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full straight away.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Delivery options, prices and times are set out on our delivery page. The items are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellation, returns and our guarantee

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are on our returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty items and your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For advice about your legal rights, contact Citizens Advice.

9. Using the patches safely

Please follow the printed instructions and our how to use guide. Patch test new skincare products first, stop using the patches if your skin becomes irritated, don't use them on broken skin, and don't use them if you have a known silicone allergy. Keep them away from young children.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

11. Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control, such as a Royal Mail strike or severe weather, delays your order, we will let you know and do what we can to limit the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet delivered.

12. Website content

The text, photos and videos on this site belong to Loui & I Ltd and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Reviews shown on the site are real recommendations left on our Facebook page.

13. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

14. Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy, please contact us first so we can put things right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
